为保障国际学生的健康、安全，维护学校的正常秩序，根据学校规定，国际学生必须在晚上11点前回到宿舍，不得晚归。近期，经学校保卫处发现有部分国际学生违反规定，在外喝酒，晚归甚至不归。这种行为严重影响了宿舍的管理和其他同学的休息，也给学生本人带来了不必要的风险。
According to the school regulations, all students must return to the dormitory BEFORE 11 pm and are not allowed to stay out late. This is for your safety and health, as well as for maintaining the order of school. Recently, school security staff have found that some international students violated the regulations, drank outside, stayed out late or even did not return. Such behaviors have seriously affected the management of the dormitory and the rest of other students, and also brought unnecessary risks to themselves.
我们对此表示严重关切和不满，要求所有国际学生遵守学校规定，自觉回到宿舍。即日起，如果发现有再次违反规定的学生，我们将依据校纪校规采取严厉的处罚措施，并取消奖学金、录取资格等。请广大国际学生认真对待，不要给自己和学校带来不必要的麻烦和风险。
