According to Wenzhou University International Student Regulations and Management Handbook, 2017-2018 academic year accommodation fee payment is hereby notified as follows:

一、Accommodation Fee

1、Students living in D Area

For students who live in D Area, you need to pay 4000 RMB/Year for double room and 2900 RMB/Year for triple room.

NOTICE:

The scholarship students who enjoy a accommodation discount（Wenzhou University Presidential ScholarshipFirst and Second Tier）usually are arranged to live in triple room. If you would like to apply for a double room, you need to make up the price difference 1100 RMB (4000 RMB - 2900 RMB =1100 RMB).

2、Students living in Expert Building

For students who live in Expert Building, you need to pay 8000 RMB/Year for accommodation.

NOTICE:

①Due to the shortage of dorms in D Area, students are arranged to live in Expert Building should pay 4000 RMB/Year.

If there are spare rooms in D Area later, you should agree to the arrangement for moving from Expert Building to D Area. Otherwise, you have to pay 8000 RMB/Year.

②Students who ask for moving from D Area toExpert Building need to pay 8000 RMB/Year.

For students who win Wenzhou University Presidential ScholarshipFirst Tier, the accommodation fee is free.

For students who win Wenzhou University Presidential ScholarshipSecond Tier, the accommodation fee is 50% off.

For students who win Wenzhou University Presidential ScholarshipThird Tier, you need to pay whole accommodation fee.

二、Payment Methods

1、International transfer:

You can do a international transfer in your home country and directly send fees to our university account.

Please save the transfer receipt well for university verification.

2、LocalTransfer in China :

You can go to any ICBC( Industrial and Commercial Bank of China)bank and do a local transfer to pay thetuition and accommodation fee.

Please save the transfer receipt well for university verification.

三、Payment Deadline

Please finish the payment and submit the receipt to the Student Affair Office（Office 221, Building 3,North Campus）before 16:00 pm on 8^thDecember (Friday) 2017.
