1、Summer holiday: From 3rd July 2017 to 16th September 2017
2、Arrangement of vacation accommodation and vacation travel plan
For degree students go home or traveling
(1) Informed by Exit-Entry Administration Office, you need to report your summer vacation schedule information to the college, including following details: the date you leave and return to campus, the main place you will stay, the main plan of your vacation , your valid cellphone number.
(2) During summer vacation, these empty room may used as outside training accommodation. Therefore, if you decide to leave or travel, please pack up your own items and store them into in the storage room. The storage room number will informed by logistics company later.
(3) Make sure that all the power and water is off and take away valuables before you leave. Pay attention to your personal and property safety when traveling.
Please go to the OFFICE 219,College of International Education to fill in the paper before 30th June.
For degree students want to stay in the dorm during the vacation
Please bring deposit receipt and register in the OFFICE 219,College of International Education before 30th June.
(1) For this summer vacation, it’s free for you to stay in the dorm, but you have to pay 200RMB as deposit for water and electricity in advance.
(2) For students in the C10 and C1, please pay 200RMB deposit to C综-204；For students in the Expert building, please pay 200RMB deposit to ground floor office.
(3) For students in the C Area (Suchu Community) and Expert building, please pay the previous utility bills and other fees first before the dorm registration. If you do need help, please report your condition to the Teacher in the OFFICE 219,College of International Education.
(4) For students who don’t make registration, they are not allowed to stay in the dorm. The room will be totally locked during the vacation.
3、For Language students
(1)For Language students who graduate this semester will not allowed stay in dorm during summer vacation.
(2) For Language students who will continue study next semester can apply summer vacation on-campus accommodation.
3、Arrangement of next new semester
(1) Degree students:
Take your Student Identity Book to register to your major college on 17th September 2017. The class begins from 18th September 2017. Detail registration location will informed by major college later.
(2) Language students:
Register from 9th October 2017 to 11th October 2017.
The class begins from 16th October 2017(The fifth week).
4、Notice about tuition fee and application for new residence permit
The new residence permit application will be organized at the first two weeks in the next semester. In order to ensure the successful completion for every student’s visa, there are some important suggestion for you:
Language students:
For students who would like to continue the Chinese language program , you need to pay the tuition fee of next academic year in the OFFICE 221,College of International Education and apply new residence permit before 30th June 2017.
Degree students:
(1) The visa application is tied to tuition fees. You can get relative documents only after paying off the tuition. It’s recommended to pay the tuition in the OFFICE 221,College of International Education before summer vacation so that we can prepare your documents in advance.
(2) Please go to the hospital to do a new physical check during the summer vacation. Bring your passport and medical examination report for your new visa to the OFFICE 221,College of International Education from 17th September 2017 to 19th September 2017.

温馨提示：PLEASE NOTE:
1.早上空腹参加体检。
Please go to the hospital without breakfast in the early morning.
2.每周一至周五上午8:00-10:30受理体检。
The open time is 8:00 am-10:30 am from Monday to Friday.
3.需要携带护照，二寸照片4张（无自带照片可当场拍摄，费用30元）。
You need to take passport and 4 passport photos (on-site photo service available for a charge of 30 RMB)
4.体检费用每人约450元，当天下午4:00凭交款凭证到医院取体检报告。
The cost is about 450 RMB each person. You can pick up the report at 16:00 at the same day.
