In order to ensure that international students can pay tuition, accommodation fees and insurance premiums on time, and successfully complete the payment of fees for the 2019-2020 academic year, the payment of fees for the 2019-2020 academic year for international students of Wenzhou University is hereby notified as follows:
The following forms describe specific tuition and accommodation fees for international students of each category in fhe 2019-2020 academic year. The notice is only for the students of ther year 2016, 2017 and 2018. Language students and exchange students will be notified separately.

(1)Bank payment
Go to ICBC counter or ATM for payment in Chashan Higher Education Park (Business Center). Simply provide student ID number.
(2)Alipay payment (Best)
See annexe 1 for specific steps
(3) International transfer:
You can do a international transfer in your home country and directly send fees to our university account.(Only for students who cannot complete the payment in China)
(4)Local Transfer in China :
You can go to any ICBC ( Industrial and Commercial Bank of China) bank and do a local transfer to pay the tuition and accommodation fee.
4. Matters needing attention
(1)Liberal arts majors are as follows: International Economy and Trade, Business Chinese, Marketing, International law, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship Education and Management, Clothing and apparel design, Physical Education and Training.
Science majors are as follows: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronic Information Science and Technology, Communication Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry.
(2)If the payment is made by remittance, please timely send the payment voucher/receipt to the office 3-225 for check and verify. If payment is made through Alipay, there is no need to hand in the payment receipt.
(3)If there is no special reason, the fees must be paid before the specified time. According to the relative regulations and rules, the student’s scholarship qualification and residence permit can be cancelled if failed to pay for the required tuition and accommodation fees.
